We're Hiring: Front Desk Coordinator – Dazzle Dental

Dazzle Dental is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be the face of our clinic, managing everything from patient coordination to accounts and billing. This is a multi-tasking role suited for someone organized, proactive, and great with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and coordinating with patients, managing appointments and scheduling
• Handling day-to-day clinic coordination and front office operations
• Managing accounts, billing, and payment collections
• Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation
• Coordinating between doctors, patients, and staff for smooth clinic functioning
• Handling calls, inquiries, and walk-ins professionally

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written)
• Pleasant, professional presentation is a must
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Prior experience in a clinic/hospital front desk or similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of billing/accounts software or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
