Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Freshers)

Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and well-organized Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them appropriately
• Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
• Handle courier, postal, and document management
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Assist HR/Admin with basic coordination and documentation
• Ensure office policies and security procedures are followed
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
