Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls and enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage visitor entries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other correspondence.
• Maintain front desk records, registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for visitor and administrative requirements.
• Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them when required.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
