Front Desk Executive

Handle telemedicine-related calls and patient interactions through phone/chat as per the assigned process.

Communicate with patients in English, Hindi, and Telugu and understand their basic healthcare-related queries.

Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation as required.

Provide accurate information regarding available doctors, consultations, timings, and services.

Understand the patient's requirement and route/escalate the query to the appropriate healthcare team or doctor when necessary.

Maintain accurate patient information and call details in the system.

Make follow-up calls to patients wherever required and ensure timely communication.

Handle patient queries professionally while maintaining polite and empathetic communication.

Follow the organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs), call protocols, and quality guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare-related information.

Achieve assigned productivity, call quality, and accuracy targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient-related issues and provide timely updates.

Escalate urgent or complex patient concerns to the concerned team according to the defined process.

Maintain proper documentation and update the status of each interaction in the system.

Be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including the assigned 6:30 AM–3:30 PM and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts.
