Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and handle day-to-day front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally.
• Attend and respond to incoming calls and messages.
• Handle visitor entries and basic office coordination.
• Coordinate with employees, clients and visitors as required.
• Maintain basic records and reception-related documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and front-desk tasks.
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Professional and presentable personality.
• Ability to handle calls and visitors confidently.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
