Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage the our commercial unit.

Job Location: D-19, Shreeji Excelencia, Serene Meadows, Gangapur Road, Nashik 422013.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit registers
• Manage front office supplies
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Requirements:

• 12th pass or relevant qualification ( Preffered Commerce Background Candidate )
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Tally, MS Office, email handling, MS Excel)
• Pleasant personality with professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Working Hours:

9.00am to 4.00pm

3.00 pm to 9.30 pm

Location:
Nikam Engineering Solutions – Commercial Unit ( Nikam's Nutrifresh )

Salary:
Rs. 7000 – Rs. 15000 ( per month )

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
