Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front desk operations efficiently.
• Handle travel desk activities and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Arrange flight and train bookings for employees and business travel.
• Manage hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to the team and management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Maintain travel records, booking details, and related documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination of travel and administrative requirements.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Experience in front desk management, travel bookings, and administrative support.
• Ability to multitask and manage tasks efficiently.
