Front Desk Executive

Department: Front Office / Reception

• Manage OPD/IPD patient registration, admissions, discharge documentation, and medical record preparation.
• Schedule and modify patient appointments, consultations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare OPD/IPD bills as per the hospital’s Schedule of Charges (SOC) and collect payments through cash, card, or other approved modes.
• Handle patient and attendant queries, billing grievances, and hospital service-related complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, diagnostic departments, insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
• Process cashless hospitalization, pre-authorization, final approvals, reimbursement claims, and insurance documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and original documents to insurance companies and follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records, billing documents, daily collection reports, credit bills, and concession bills.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, departmental procedures, and insurance requirements.
• Perform other administrative and departmental duties as assigned by the HOD, Administration, or CMD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
