What they need
Front Office Executive | PB Fitness Studio | Nari Akhaada
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and WhatsApp queries.
Explain membership plans, packages, and class schedules.
Manage registrations, renewals, payments, and member records.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations.
Follow up with prospective members and handle customer queries.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-oriented attitude and organisational skills.
Prior experience in front office, customer service, or fitness operations is preferred.
