Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Front Desk Executive who can also handle responsibilities for our Designer Furniture studio. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, converting leads into memberships, and creating a welcoming experience for visitors.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations

• Welcome visitors professionally.
• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
• Manage member check-ins and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Sales & Membership Conversion

• Explain offers, and about the product to walk-In clients.
• Follow up with leads and try converting inquiries into sales.
• Build Client Relationship
• Handle billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp handling).
• Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Experience in Furniture Industry
