Front Desk Help part-time

Job Overview We are seeking a responsible Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This job is perfect for a mom or retired person who just wants to stay busy. We are a childrens martial arts studio. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Duties - Greet Members upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process - Handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with administrative duties - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate member records. ## Qualifications - Friendly -Self-starter - Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on member relations - good phone etiquette and handling multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to work on your own - We will train the right person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
