The Host/Hostess of the restaurant is the center piece to successful operation.
The host/hostess should bring a warm and positive attitude to work. Sofia Restaurant prides itself on the atmopshere of our dining experience. This starts with the Front Desk team members that represent us.
Responsibilities
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about Sofia Restaurant
- Confirm reservations for busy/holiday workdays
- Maintaining the flow of reservations in and out
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with OpenTable systems
- Social interaction and dealing with grievances
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Any experience in hospitality is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
