Overall Responsibility is To Check In and Check Out Our Guests.

All Shifts Consisting of Morning, Evening and Overnight Shifts are Needed to Excel with the Customer Service Aspect.

Overall Skillset for Front Desk Agent

* Computer Skills are a MUST

* Guest Communication Google Sheets Communication Log and Hyatt Tasks

* Cleanliness of Front Desk Area, Seating Area, Coffee Station

* GuestLetter Preparation · Able to Balance F&B, Housekeeping and Front Desk Responsibilities

* Able to Take Initiative on Tasks; Solve Practical Problems or Resolve Issues

* Customer Service

* Time Management Skills

* Team Player

* Able to Communicate in an Effective Manner

· Punctual Attendance / Dependability

· Able to Lift and Move Fast

· Positive Attitude

· Assistance with Coverage as Needed

· Brand Enrollment Goals for QA Standards

Pay: $17.00 per hour
