Front Desk Intake Specialist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Intake Specialist to join our Lutherville office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career with a respected law firm while serving as a key point of contact for our clients.

In this role, you will create a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering and directing incoming calls, conducting new client intake interviews, responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The position also provides general office support, including mail distribution, requesting documentation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree [GED]
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, Outlook email
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong proactive approach and shows initiative
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
