Front Desk Lead – Dermatology Office

We are seeking an organized, patient-focused Front Desk Lead to oversee daily front office operations at a dermatology practice. This role leads the front desk team, supports a smooth patient experience, and uses ModMed EMA to manage patient information and coordinate office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and phone coverage.
• Verify insurance, collect copays and balances, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Train and support front desk staff, coordinate coverage, and resolve patient concerns professionally.
• Work closely with clinical and billing teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior medical front desk experience; dermatology experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ModMed EMA.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
