Front Desk Lead- Nights and Weekends

Our Pet Retreat is looking for a outgoing fun and professional Front desk lead We are looking for a confident dog lover who would want to join our team and work at our Front Desk. The Front Desk person will be responsible for assisting with dog and people check-in, verifying registrations, helping people get their dogs registered, verifying vaccines, and helping people with any other questions they might have about the park.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and their dogs
• Check voicemail and return customer calls as soon as possible
• Process check-ins and check-outs and other service and product transactions
• Review and confirm registrations for dogs
• Review and confirm vaccines for dogs
• Keep the lobby and front desk areas clean and organized
• Communicate to dog care staff, supervisors/managers any dog-related or customer issues
• Ability to function in a noisy working environment
• Ensure operational compliance and client experieance

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Shifts will range from 6 to 8 hours at a time and we are looking for candidates that are available nights and on the weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
