Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
• Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate guest services, including special requests, room assignments, and resolving any issues with proactive problem-solving skills
• Conduct night audits to ensure financial accuracy and complete daily reports in compliance with hotel policies
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as InnSoft or equivalent property management software
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and customer service problem-solving techniques
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems, demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, and handle client communication professionally
• Previous experience with night audit processes and handling guest complaints or concerns efficiently
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest services, front desk operations, and hotel management principles
