Job Summary

Tiltan Aesthetics is looking for a polished, professional, energetic, and highly personable Spa Front Desk & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa and create an exceptional experience for every client.

This role goes beyond a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who can manage the spa, support the team, greet every client warmly, build relationships, and make guests feel comfortable, confident, and at home.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day spa operations and front desk activities
• Greet every client warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Build friendly relationships with clients and make them feel welcome
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, appointments, and client questions
• Coordinate with treatment providers and sales staff
• Help resolve client concerns professionally
• Maintain a polished, organized, upscale spa environment
• Assist clients purchasing treatment packages and products
• Help clients use approved financing and payment-plan platforms
• Process payments, paperwork, receipts, and client documentation
• Help supervise and support front desk staff
• Communicate operational issues directly with ownership

Qualifications

• Professional, polished, and well-presented
• Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with clients
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment packages and financing options
• Experience in spa, aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, sales, or management preferred
• Management or leadership experience is a plus
• Comfortable learning scheduling, CRM, and financing software

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the client experience and the daily operation of the spa, not someone who simply sits behind a front desk.
