As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily front desk activities to ensure smooth hotel operations and efficient guest services.
• Address complex guest enquiries, complaints and service issues, providing appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead the front office team in delivering quality service and responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate guest arrangements and fulfil special requests.
• Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring compliance with hotel guidelines and service procedures.
• Oversee room availability, allocation and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor team productivity and performance to achieve operational targets.
• Train, mentor and guide front office employees to improve service delivery and work efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies and unexpected operational situations, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Maintain proper records of incidents and escalate significant matters to hotel management.
• Undertake additional operational and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service or a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
