About Us
Salon Honey + Sage is a growing, team-focused salon with three locations across St. Johns and St. Augustine. We carry Kevin Murphy, Davines, R+Co, REF, and RŌZ, and we’re known for a warm, elevated guest experience. With our newest location opening in St. Augustine, we’re looking for an organized, people-first leader to run our front desk team across all three salons.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Front Desk Team

• Rotate between locations to support the team in person and keep standards consistent
• Be the go-to person for front desk questions and escalations

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Set the standard for greetings, check-in/check-out, and phone and text communication
• Resolve client concerns, service corrections, and refund requests with professionalism
• Keep lobbies, retail areas, and front desks clean, stocked, and on-brand

Own Booking & Scheduling

• Manage waitlists, cancellations, no-shows, and deposit policies
• Maintain accurate client profiles, notes, and consent forms
• Troubleshoot Phorest and train staff on the system

Manage Cash & Reporting

• Oversee opening/closing procedures, drawer counts, and daily reconciliation
• Resolve cash discrepancies and transaction errors
• Process gift cards, packages, and promotions accurately

Manage Inventory and Online Order Fulfillment

• Monitor inventory, flag reorders, and coordinate product transfers between locations
• Receive shipments and keep displays merchandised
• Support online order fulfillment

Requirements

• Weekend availability required (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Must be able to work at all three locations, traveling between St. Johns and south St. Augustine as needed
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hospitality and supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Salon or spa experience a plus
• Phorest or similar booking/POS software experience
• Comfortable handling cash and reconciling daily sales
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Calm, positive, and professional under pressure
