YOU WILL:

• Report to the Property Manager
• Be part of a dynamic team that embodies the Zostel spirit
• Take full ownership and resolve guest complaints yourself
• Engage with guests, fostering a passion for independent travel
• Have in-depth knowledge of your city s caf s, bars, restaurants, art and music
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes ensuring accurate guest records
• Manage room reservations, modifications, cancellations and maintain up-to-date availability records
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly providing excellent customer service
• Use property management software for bookings, check-ins, check-outs and report generation
• Manage the front desk cash drawer, process payments, prepare financial reports and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, monitor room inventory and conduct regular inspections
• Comply with all company policies, including Fire Training, Health Safety and Food Hygiene
