Front Desk Manager – Gorham, NH

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team in Gorham, NH.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,000 per week salary (*Training Pay Seperate ROP)
• Work just 2½ days per week
• Additional $100 weekly performance bonus
• Seasonal bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front desk operations and assist the General Manager with daily property management
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily operations
• Conduct room inspections to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and laundry teams
• Support and guide team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Hospitality or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
