You’ll be the heart of our front desk. You’ll lead our friendly reception team, keep the day running smoothly, and make sure every client feels pampered from the moment they walk in. You’ll work alongside our receptionists, set the vibe, and look after the schedule. It’s a lively luxury beauty clinic, and the energy is great.

• 💬 Welcoming clients and making them feel right at home
• 📅 Looking after appointments and bookings
• 🤝 Supporting, guiding, and cheering on our receptionists
• 🛍️ Keeping reception stock topped up (retail products, front desk supplies, refreshments)
• 💳 Keeping payments and POS running smoothly
• 🌟 Handling client questions and feedback with a calm, friendly touch
• 🎓 Training new team members and keeping our service standards sparkling
• 📋 Staying in touch with management so everyone’s on the same page
