Front Desk Manager

Job Responsibilities:

3-5 Yrs in Aesthetic industry only

Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service.

To extend hospitality to customers by anticipating customers anxieties; answering questions; maintaining the reception area.

To schedule appointments of clients with dermatologists and align therapists accordingly.

To ensure smooth run of the floor and coordinating well with the team

To handle billing, manage offers & discounts, handling cash.

To coordinate with accounts & sales team

Ensure accurate billing and package execution.

Service inhouse accounts and up-sell cross sell to meet sales targets through effective follow ups.

Handling Petty cash

To prepare daily & monthly sales reports
