Front Desk/ Night Audit

Candlewood Suites - Louisville Fair/Expo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk/ Night Audit professional to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and performing nightly audit tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

### **Responsibilities**

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform nightly audit operations including validating charges, balancing financial reports, and preparing audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
- Monitor security and safety protocols during the night shift.

### **Requirements**

- Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient with hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
