Bakken Airport XWA Hotel is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. No hotel experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist hotel guests.
• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Handle guest questions and requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Run simple end-of-day reports during overnight shifts.
• Help keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
