Front Desk / Night Audit

DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Cod – Hyannis is looking for friendly, dependable, and professional team members to join our hotel team in the following positions:

1. Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and provide excellent service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and check in/check out hotel guests
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Provide information about the hotel and local area
• Work closely with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Ideal candidate: Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable working with the public. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

2. Night Auditor

We are looking for a reliable Night Auditor to oversee the hotel during overnight hours while completing the daily audit.

Responsibilities include:

• Check in late-arriving guests and assist guests throughout the night
• Complete the nightly hotel audit and balance daily transactions
• Prepare reports for management
• Monitor the front desk and hotel activity
• Handle guest requests and emergencies professionally
• Maintain a safe, quiet, and welcoming environment
• Perform other overnight duties as needed

Ideal candidate: Detail-oriented, responsible, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Previous front desk, accounting, or night audit experience is a plus.
