Front Desk Night Auditor - Hotel

We are looking for a reliable and dependable Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for assisting guests during the overnight shift while completing nightly front desk and audit duties.

Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions or concerns
• Make and update reservations
• Process payments and ensure guest accounts are accurate
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reports
• Balance daily transactions
• Handle guest issues professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Complete required overnight paperwork and tasks
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures
• Help ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a bonus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Must be dependable and able to arrive to work on time
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stay awake and alert throughout the entire overnight shift
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Schedule:

• Overnight shift
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends and holidays may be required
