Front Desk (Night Shift Auditor)

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Clerk(Night Shift Auditor) to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
• Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
• Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with guest services such as concierge requests, local recommendations, and special accommodations
• Uphold hotel management standards by monitoring front desk operations and guest interactions
• Setting up Breakfast and some usual cleaning activities to enhance the overall guest experience
• Expected to work on weekends, rotating weekoffs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management (choice hotels )
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality management
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with international guests
• Knowledge of choice hotels PMS and multi-line phone systems
• Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional appearance at all times
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and efficiency

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
