Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and welcoming manner
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding services
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records and documentation as needed
• Coordinate with medical, dental, and support staff for smooth clinic flow
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Handle basic billing inquiries and coordinate with the cashier or accounting team when needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Healthcare-related fields)
• Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer-literate; familiar with office and scheduling software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Pleasing personality and a patient-friendly attitude
