Frazel Heritage Hotel is a welcoming and customer-focused property committed to delivering memorable guest experiences. We are expanding our front office team and seeking a polished, reliable Front Desk Officer to be the friendly face of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
• Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
• Operate the front desk computer systems,and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle guest messages promptly
• Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with concierge tasks, such as recommendations and local information
• Support night audit and daily reporting as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished, friendly, and professional appearance
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office; experience with property management systems a plus)
• Ability to work night shift, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a customer-centric approach
