Front Desk Officer

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the reception desk and ensure a professional and organized front-office environment.
• Receive, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the relevant departments/persons.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the HR & Administration function.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding visitors, meetings, deliveries, and office requirements.
• Maintain records of couriers, visitors, calls, and other front-desk activities.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and ensuring required arrangements are in place before meetings.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct queries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Monitor reception-area supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Support office administration and other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
