Salary: ₦180,000 Monthly

Job Summary

Our client, a leading Nigerian spa brand renowned for its award-winning aesthetic and wellness experiences, is seeking a professional, friendly, and organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
• Manage appointments, bookings, enquiries, and client communications.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and support daily transaction reconciliation.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support general administrative and operational activities.
• Promote the spa’s services, offers, and activities through personal and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, or Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office tools.
• Professional, well-groomed, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable promoting services and engaging audiences on social media.
