At Reversage, the front desk is where every client's journey begins. We're looking for a confident, polished professional who can create great first impressions and turn inquiries into loyal patients.

What you'll do:

• Welcome clients and manage the front desk with professionalism
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into consultations
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Maintain records and coordinate with our clinical team

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience
• Fluent English and Urdu communication
• Well-groomed, energetic, and client-focused
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
• Clinic, salon, or healthcare background is a plus
