Front Desk Officer

Do you enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome?

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience.

You’ll Be Responsible For

· Welcoming and assisting patients.

· Managing appointments and enquiries.

· Handling basic billing and administrative matters.

· Supporting a smooth patient journey.

· Working closely with our Doctors and clinic team.

· Customer service or front desk experience is an advantage.

Requirements

· 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or healthcare administrative role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

· Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.

· Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
