We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Dbayeh and be the first point of contact for our members and guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities: Welcome and assist members and visitors. Handle memberships, payments, bookings, and inquiries. Follow up with leads and support membership sales. Manage phone and WhatsApp inquiries. Maintain accurate member records and CRM updates. Handle member requests and concerns professionally. Support the daily operations of the gym and maintain front desk standards.
