Front Desk Officer

• We are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage client bookings, enquiries, payments and daily front desk operations at our beauty studio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Handle client enquiries and encourage repeat bookings.
• Process POS and transfer payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle client concerns and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• OND, HND or BSc preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in front desk, customer service, hospitality, salon or spa operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, POS and basic computer applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional, honest, punctual and presentable.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must live very close to Lekki Phase 1. Accommodation is not provided.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesdays to Saturdays, with alternating Mondays.
• Morning shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Afternoon shift: 12:00pm – 7:00pm.

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
