We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer (FDO) to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming clinic experience—from scheduling appointments to maintaining accurate patient records and supporting daily operations.

Other responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Provide accurate information to patients and handle inquiries through calls or in person using professional communication.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all information is organized and kept confidential.
• Support daily clinic operations, including billing, payment collection, and preparation of necessary documents.
• Assist in coordinating the dentist’s schedule and preparing the clinic for patient visits.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks such as handling mail, petty cash, and reports.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support overall clinic efficiency.

What you will bring to the company:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of the English language
• Professional demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
• Computer literate
