FRONT DESK OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST

WE ARE HIRING – FRONT DESK OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST.

Location: Karachi Based Female Only. (Preferred Location Korangi Industrial Area or Surroundings)
Salary Bracket: PKR 40,000–50,000/-

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist.
• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in MS Office.
• Good command of telephone handling and customer dealing.
• Experience in guest dealing, floor management and complaint resolution.
• Professional, confident and well-presented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and welcome guests professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Manage customer/guest queries and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate and maintain smooth floor/front-office operations.
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
