Front Desk Operations Assistant

Overview: U.S. Arts & Design - Irvine seeks a Front Desk Operations Assistant for a part-time position working 10-30 hours per week.

As an Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and managing student attendance
• Performing data entry and database maintenance tasks
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the school
• Communicating professionally with students, parents, and staff in both English and Chinese
• Learning and effectively using our proprietary software systems
• Responding to messages via WeChat and receiving phone calls

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

Working Hours:

• 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Thursdays off
• Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
