Front Desk Operator (Receptionist)

About the role

Front desk operations at a spa facility. You will welcome and assist customers, handle enquiries, appointments, and reservations, explain available treatments and services, coordinate appointments, process check-ins and payments, maintain booking records, and work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and reservations through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
• Explain available spa treatments, services, and promotions to customers
• Coordinate customer appointments and assist with daily front desk operations
• Handle customer check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions
• Maintain accurate booking records and perform basic administrative tasks
• Work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally

About you

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
