Front Desk (Overnight Shift)

Job Overview

Apollo Security is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Security Officer for overnight coverage at a residential condominium. This role is key to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and their guests during nighttime hours.

As the primary point of contact overnight, you will combine strong customer service with security awareness, ensuring the property remains well-monitored and residents feel supported and secure at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the condominium, verifying residents, guests, and vendors
• Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including amenities and common areas
• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems for any suspicious activity
• Maintain detailed logs of visitors, incidents, and overnight activity
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or resident concerns
• Enforce building policies, including guest access and amenity usage
• Answer and manage front desk phone calls with proper etiquette
• Coordinate with property management and emergency services when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout overnight shifts
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems is a plus
• Bilingual skills are an asset (especially in residential communities)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
