Front Desk / Patient Concierge

Location: 812 Towne Park Drive, Rincon, GA 31326.

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour.

Openings: 1 Patient Concierge.

Pinnacle Plastic Surgery is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Concierge for our in-person Rincon, Georgia office. You will welcome patients and provide customer service and administrative support in our plastic surgery, dermatology and medical spa practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and assist them in person and by phone.

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and arrange follow-up visits.

Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, coordinate authorizations, and collect payments according to practice procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and account information.

Provide information about practice services and products.

Keep the reception area organized and help the team deliver a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

Previous customer-service or sales experience; medical-office or spa experience is preferred.

Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Comfort with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to organize competing priorities.

A professional, patient-focused approach.
