Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Better Me Healthcare is expanding its administrative team and is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills for the Patient Care Coordinator profile. This is a work-from-office position.

The job responsibilities include :

• Setting up patient appointments over calls, text and email
• Answering queries of patients and family members
• Managing the OPD using the clinic software
• Creating daily reports for operations

Requirements:

• Please apply only if you're comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
• Candidates with ample work experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors will be given preference.

Shift timings :

• 6 days working per week
• Timings : 11 am-8 pm
• 1 paid leave per month

Salary

• Rs 20,000 -Rs 35,000 per month in hand (depending on work experience and credentials)
