Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Job Summary
The Restful Sleep Place is a physician-led sleep medicine practice in Horsham, caring for children, adults, and women in midlife. We're looking for a warm, organized, proactive person to be the first voice our patients hear and to help our practice grow.

This is more than a front desk job. You'll create a welcoming experience for every patient, keep our office running smoothly, and build relationships with the local physicians, dentists, and therapists who refer patients to us. If you enjoy people, take ownership of your work, and like finding better ways to do things, this role is for you.

You don't need years of medical office experience. We value initiative, good judgment, and follow-through, and we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and messages warmly and professionally
• Guide new patients through scheduling and onboarding
• Follow up with prospective patients and answer their questions
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Visit and call local medical and dental offices to build referral relationships
• Help satisfied patients share their experience through Google reviews
• Spot problems and suggest smarter ways to work

• Comfortable on the phone and meeting new people
• Confident explaining the value of the care we provide
• Quick to learn new technology
• Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it

Details

• Part-time, about 25 hours a week, in person in Horsham, PA
• $19 to $24 an hour, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus
• Start as soon as the right candidate is found
