Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Busy ophthalmology practice seeking part-time Patient Coordinators (Front Office Staff) for our Kerrville location. This clinic is open Monday -Wednesday. This candidate must be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. Will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying medical insurance, and handling multiple phone calls. Must be familiar with patient referral requests. Bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred. Previous EHR (Electronic Health Records) and/or ophthalmology experience a plus. Will train the right candidate.
