Front Desk & Sales Coordinator

Full-Time | VyFy Wellness Club

Are you the kind of person who brings energy into a room, loves working with people, and naturally keeps things moving?

VyFy Wellness Club is looking for a high-energy, highly organized, people-focused person to join our team full-time.

This is not a traditional front desk position.

You will be at the center of the VyFy experience, welcoming customers, directing the flow of appointments, supporting our Wellness Technicians, helping keep the day organized, and talking with customers about the wellness and recovery services available at VyFy.

And yes, this is also a sales position.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and feels comfortable recommending memberships, packages, products, and services when they are a good fit for the customer.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every customer who walks through the door.
• Manage customer and appointment flow throughout the day.
• Work closely with our VyFy Director and our VyFy Wellness Technicians to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Learn our scheduling, customer management, and marketing software.
• Develop a strong understanding of VyFy's wellness and recovery modalities.
• Confidently explain our services and help customers understand which options may be right for them.
• Sell memberships, packages, services,machines, and products.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist customers with questions.

Previous customer service experience in a salon, spa, wellness center, hospitality environment, or other high-touch customer service business would be ideal. Sales experience is also a strong plus.

The Personality We're Looking For

We need someone who enjoys rallying people, creating momentum, and following things all the way through to completion.

You'll have room to bring ideas and creativity to the role, and you'll frequently be asked to jump in and support the team. But at your core, we need someone who enjoys getting people moving and getting things done.

Hourly rate range: $25-$32 depending on experience

Evenings & Weekends (Saturdays)
