Front Desk Receptionist (5 days work week!)

About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be providing excellent customer service and managing the daily front desk operations of the spa. You will work in a premium working environment with a focus on high-quality treatments and services, with no selling required.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a great experience
• Scheduling or booking of treatment (Handling company's WhatsApp messages & general enquiries)
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks (Answering calls and provide information about products and services)
• Attend to walk in and incoming enquiries
• Assist on client's requests and enquiries
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

About you

• Friendly, approachable, positive and willing to learn attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service oriented and customer focused
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients
