Front Desk Receptionist /administrator

Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records, including filing and organizing documents
• Provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary clinic, such as managing correspondence and handling office supplies

-Helping Therapists & set the patient rooms

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff members

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
