Front Desk Receptionist (Chinese Language)

About the role

BESLIM is a slimming and body wellness centre dedicated to helping customers feel healthier and more confident through personalised treatments and professional care. We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Receptionist to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
• Manage customer registrations, appointment bookings, and follow-up arrangements
• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries, providing accurate information about services and promotions
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure appointments run smoothly and minimise waiting times
• Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and maintain daily transaction records
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle personal information confidentially
• Address customer feedback and concerns professionally, referring matters to the relevant team when necessary
• Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, reception, or cashier roles is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Chinese reading and typing proficiency required
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
• Organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with appointment booking and payment systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
